Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on assessment, intake, and ongoing treatment for issues common in later life such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role is fully virtual and centered on outpatient therapy for a senior population, with flexible scheduling and a strong emphasis on age-appropriate care. Clinicians work with a support team and use tech-enabled tools, including an AI-powered scribe, to reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Document care thoroughly and promptly in compliance with company policies.
- Support clients through later-life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case consultation, and best-practice discussions.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in a U.S. state and willing to obtain PSYPACT.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and providing therapy via telehealth.
