Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role includes conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress over time. Work is fully virtual with flexible scheduling, and administrative tasks are largely handled by the care coordination team and AI-powered documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, loss of independence, and isolation
- Maintain timely clinical documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultation
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Active psychology licensure in any U.S. state
- Willingness to obtain PSYPACT authorization
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis
