Provide evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy to older adults, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The work includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. Clinicians work remotely with strong care coordination support, AI-assisted documentation, and regular consultation with a clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note writing
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed in Wyoming
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
