Provide evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy to older adults, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and support through common life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring, with care delivered in a fully virtual setting. You also collaborate with a clinical support team, participate in peer consultation, and use tech-enabled tools that reduce administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support clients through age-related life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-taking.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Wisconsin.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency with telehealth delivery and electronic health records (EHR).
