Provide telehealth psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, isolation, bereavement, and loss of independence. Work remotely with flexible scheduling while building individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and documenting care efficiently. The role is supported by care coordination, an AI-powered scribe, and regular clinical consultation within a geriatric-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Use an AI-powered scribe and EHR tools to streamline documentation and workflow.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in West Virginia.
- Ability to provide at least 15 hours of care per week.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
Preferred
- Experience working with older adults.
- Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR).
