Administrative work is minimized through care coordination support, AI-assisted documentation, and a tech-enabled clinical workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, loss of independence, bereavement, and isolation.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical leadership to support client care.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Washington.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
