The role includes assessments, treatment planning, documentation support, and regular collaboration with a clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress
- Support clients through life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence
- Maintain timely documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe
- Participate in regular team meetings and peer case reviews
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and care support staff as needed
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed in Vermont
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
