Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role is fully virtual and includes developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adapting care as needed. Clinicians work with strong support for scheduling, documentation, and case consultation, with access to AI-powered tools and a collaborative clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and peer case consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Licensed in Utah.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth therapy delivery.
