Provide bilingual psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health needs such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. Work primarily in English and Spanish, using age-appropriate, evidence-based treatment approaches for senior clients. The role is fully virtual, offers flexible scheduling, and includes support from care coordination, a clinical director, peer consultation, and AI-assisted documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools in English and Spanish as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in regular team meetings, clinical consultation, and peer case review.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to provide full clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and documentation in both languages.
- Licensed in Texas.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience using electronic health records and delivering therapy via telehealth.
