Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and intake assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and common later-life concerns such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes creating and adjusting individualized treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and working within a supportive, tech-enabled clinical workflow. Clinicians set their own schedule and collaborate with a clinical director and peer team for consultation and case review.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-taking.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Licensed in Tennessee.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth therapy delivery.
