Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role is fully virtual and includes treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation support, with a strong emphasis on flexible scheduling and admin-free care. Clinicians work within a supportive, tech-enabled team that offers regular consultation, peer case review, and professional development tailored to geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth visits
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies
- Support clients coping with retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence
- Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and peer case review
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note writing
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Ability to support the team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis
- Licensed in South Dakota
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth therapy delivery
