The role includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and ongoing therapy support. Care is fully virtual, with flexible scheduling and support from care coordination, clinical leadership, and an AI-assisted documentation workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, loss of independence, and isolation.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools and EHR workflows to streamline notes and care delivery.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Ability to work in a contract, part-time, or full-time arrangement with at least 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth-based therapy delivery.
