Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and support through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. This is a remote, flexible position with strong administrative and clinical support, including AI-assisted documentation and regular consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other age-related transitions.
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case review, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-writing.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Oregon.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
