Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions. The role also includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation support in a highly remote, flexible practice. Care is supported by care coordination, AI-powered notes, peer consultation, and a clinical leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and peer case reviews to support best practices.
- Coordinate care through a model supported by care coordination and clinical leadership.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Oklahoma.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience using EHR systems.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
