Work is fully virtual and includes clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring for a senior population. The practice uses an admin-supported, tech-enabled model with AI-assisted documentation and regular clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EHR
- Support clients through age-related life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence
- Participate in regular team meetings and peer case reviews
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note writing
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Licensure in Ohio
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
