The role also includes treatment planning, progress monitoring, and age-appropriate support across a geriatric care setting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
Required
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).
- Active licensure in North Dakota.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR).
