Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring, with care delivered in a fully virtual setting. Clinicians work within a supportive, tech-enabled practice model with care coordination, peer consultation, and AI-assisted documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical leadership as needed.
Required
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).
- Licensed in New York.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR).
