Provide evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy to older adults, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role also includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring for a senior population. Work is fully virtual with flexible scheduling and a strong emphasis on independent clinical practice supported by a care team and AI-assisted documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation to support best practices.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note writing.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in Mexico.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
