The role centers on compassionate care for seniors navigating life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. Work is fully virtual with flexible scheduling, and administrative tasks are largely handled by the care coordination and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other age-related life transitions
- Maintain timely clinical documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe
- Participate in team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed in New Hampshire
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
