Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions. You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support clients dealing with issues such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role is fully virtual and supported by a care coordination team, AI-assisted documentation tools, and regular clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case consultation, and peer review.
- Use electronic health records and telehealth workflows to deliver care.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed to practice in Missouri.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency using electronic health records (EHR).
