Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role includes treatment planning, progress monitoring, and compassionate support tailored to seniors. Care is fully virtual, with flexible scheduling and strong administrative support so the clinician can focus on therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, loss of independence, bereavement, and isolation.
- Maintain timely documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Coordinate care within a clinician support structure and use company workflows for administration.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Minnesota.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth delivery.
