Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning, with support from a care coordination team that handles much of the administrative work. Clinicians work in a highly flexible, remote model with access to consultation, peer review, and AI-supported documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
- Support clients through age-related life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, and isolation.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case review, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools and electronic health records in daily workflow.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Michigan.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
