Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and common life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role is fully virtual and centers on individualized treatment planning, ongoing progress monitoring, and compassionate care for seniors. Clinicians work with a supportive team that handles most administrative tasks and uses tech-enabled documentation tools to streamline workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other later-life transitions
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with company policies
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-taking
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week
- Active licensure in Massachusetts
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth-based therapy delivery
