Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through fully virtual visits, including Spanish-speaking clients. The role centers on geriatric mental health support, with care for life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. Clinicians work with strong administrative and clinical support, including AI-assisted documentation and regular case consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools in English and Spanish as needed.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress.
- Support clients through aging-related transitions, grief, isolation, and changes in independence.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company policies, using AI-assisted scribing tools.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, including the ability to assess, treat, and document in both languages.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week in a contract, part-time, or full-time capacity.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs).
