Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence. The role is fully virtual and emphasizes personalized treatment planning, ongoing progress monitoring, and compassionate care tailored to seniors. Care is supported by a care coordination team, peer consultation, and AI-assisted documentation so the clinician can spend more time on therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Kansas.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
