Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The work is fully virtual and includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation, with administrative support and AI-assisted note-taking so you can stay focused on care. Clinicians collaborate with a clinical director and peer team through regular consultation, case review, and team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer consultation, and case reviews.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools and support workflows to streamline care delivery.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Iowa.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
