Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The work is fully virtual and includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and ongoing therapy sessions. Clinicians are supported by a care coordination team, AI-assisted documentation tools, and regular clinical consultation in a collaborative, geriatric-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through life transitions, including retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence.
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record, supported by an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Coordinate care within a support model where administrative tasks are handled by the care coordination team.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in Idaho.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis with at least 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth-delivered therapy.
