Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role also includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. Clinicians work in a supported, tech-enabled practice with flexible scheduling and significant administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and related life transitions
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed to practice in Hawaii
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth
- Proficiency with electronic health records
