Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and common life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes clinical assessments, intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and timely documentation. Care is fully virtual and supported by care coordination, clinical consultation, peer case review, and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through age-related life transitions with a compassionate approach.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EHR.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Georgia.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience providing therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
