Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation, with support from an AI-powered scribe and care coordination team. Clinicians work remotely with flexible scheduling and regular consultation from a supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, and peer case review.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical leadership to support ongoing care.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Florida.
- Ability to provide at least 15 hours of care per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
