Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role includes intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring for senior clients. Work is fully virtual with flexible scheduling, and administrative tasks are streamlined through care coordination support and AI-assisted documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and peer review.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in the District of Columbia.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
