Provide evidence-based telehealth psychotherapy to older adults, with a focus on geriatric mental health and support through common life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. Care is fully virtual and includes clinical assessment, intake evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring. The role is designed to minimize administrative burden, with support from care coordination, an AI-powered documentation tool, and regular clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Delaware.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis.
- Proficiency with telehealth delivery and electronic health records.
