Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health concerns and life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. In addition to direct therapy, conduct assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress over time. The role is fully virtual and includes support from care coordination, clinical leadership, and AI-enabled documentation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care based on client progress.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, loss of independence, and social isolation.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation with AI-powered scribe support.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Coordinate care within a support structure that handles administrative tasks and patient intake.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in Colorado.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
Preferred
- Experience working with older adults.
- Availability for 25 or more hours per week for W2 eligibility.
