Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health needs and age-appropriate support. The role also includes intake evaluations, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation, with support for clients navigating retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other life transitions. Care is fully virtual and supported by care coordination, an AI-powered scribe, and regular clinical consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Adjust therapeutic strategies based on ongoing clinical needs and response to care.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and related life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, peer case reviews, and clinical consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Ability to support clients via telehealth.
- Licensed in California.
