Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and intake assessments for older adults through telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and age-related life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation. The role also includes treatment planning, ongoing progress monitoring, and regular collaboration with the clinical team in a supportive, tech-enabled practice. Work is fully virtual with flexible scheduling and administrative support so time can stay centered on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support clients through retirement, bereavement, isolation, and other major life transitions.
- Maintain timely documentation with support from an AI-powered scribe.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultation.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed in Arizona.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
