Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical assessments for older adults via telehealth, with a focus on geriatric mental health and life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting care over time. Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling and is supported by care coordination, peer consultation, and AI-assisted documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth sessions.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and update them based on client progress.
- Support clients through aging-related transitions, including retirement, bereavement, isolation, and reduced independence.
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultation.
- Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline note-taking and workflow.
Required
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active licensure in Alabama.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
