In this part-time, on-site role, the pharmacist helps ensure members receive accurate medication orders on time in a direct-to-patient telehealth pharmacy setting. The work centers on fulfillment and coordination across teams to support a seamless pharmacy experience. The role reports to the Lead Pharmacist and contributes to an integrated care model that connects diagnosis, medication delivery, and ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pharmacist oversight for medication order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to support end-to-end pharmacy operations.
- Review and help resolve issues related to member medication orders.
- Participate in workflows that support a seamless patient pharmacy experience.
- Communicate with the Lead Pharmacist regarding operational needs and escalations.
Required
- Licensed pharmacist.
- Ability to work part-time on-site.
- Experience in pharmacy operations or fulfillment.
Preferred
- Experience working in telehealth or direct-to-patient pharmacy services.
- Experience collaborating across clinical, pharmacy, or operations teams.
