This role involves interpreting a steady mix of radiology studies for remote swing-shift teleradiology coverage, using a highly efficient reading and reporting workflow. The work is designed for focused, uninterrupted interpretation with support from operations and IT throughout the shift. It is a physician-owned, radiologist-led practice with multiple scheduling options and a production-based compensation model.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret a balanced queue of general radiology studies in a remote teleradiology setting.
- Provide swing-shift coverage and maintain efficient reporting turnaround.
- Use the reading and reporting platform to review and document imaging findings.
- Coordinate with operations and IT teams to support workflow during the shift.
- Participate in peer review and quality assurance processes.
- Support queue balance and study readiness through collaboration with scheduling and credentialing teams.
Required
- Board certified or board eligible in radiology.
- Ability to provide US-based remote teleradiology coverage.
- Eligible for appropriate licensing and credentialing.
Preferred
- Prior experience with swing-shift radiology coverage.
- Fellowship or residency training, if applicable.
