In this remote telehealth role, the clinician reviews comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab panels, evaluates patient appropriateness, and signs off on non-controlled HRT and GLP-1 prescriptions under practice protocols. The work is focused on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 weight management, with collaboration alongside the Medical Director. This is a 1099 contractor role with pay per patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret hormone and metabolic lab panels.
- Evaluate patient candidacy for HRT and GLP-1 treatment.
- Approve and sign off on non-controlled prescriptions under practice protocols.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical decisions and protocol-based care.
- Provide telehealth-based patient review and management.
Required
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- State prescriptive authority.
- Active NPI.
- Active 1099 malpractice insurance.
Preferred
- Multi-state or compact NP license.
- Experience or strong interest in BHRT.
- Experience or strong interest in peptide therapy.
- Experience or strong interest in GLP-1 weight management.
