Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on symptom assessment, treatment planning, and medication management. Care is delivered in a virtual model that supports independent practice, with clinical, documentation, and administrative support from the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits for patients with perimenopause and menopause concerns.
- Assess symptoms and develop or adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions, when appropriate and permitted.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for virtual care visits.
- Work independently during patient encounters while using telehealth and electronic documentation tools.
- Coordinate within a supported network that includes patient matching, scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows.
Required
- Active CNM, WHNP, or NP license in Pennsylvania.
- At least 3 years of menopause care experience.
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescription medications.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during visits.
Preferred
- Experience providing virtual care.
- Familiarity with independent contractor or network-based practice models.
