Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on symptom assessment, treatment planning, and medication management. This role also includes related documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance work within a virtual care model. Clinicians work independently while receiving patient matching, billing, administrative, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits for patients with perimenopause and menopause needs.
- Assess symptoms and develop or adjust treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for virtual visits.
- Coordinate with scheduling, billing, administrative, and technical support teams as needed.
Required
- Active APP license as a CNM, WHNP, or NP in Ohio.
- At least 3 years of menopause care experience.
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to work independently during patient visits.
Preferred
- Experience with virtual care delivery.
- Experience participating in collaborative clinical consultations or provider forums.
