Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on assessing symptoms and developing individualized treatment plans. Care includes prescribing and managing therapies such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and other non-hormonal medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. This role is fully virtual, supports independent practice with administrative and billing support, and offers flexible scheduling within the Pomelo network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits with patients seeking perimenopause and menopause care.
- Assess symptoms and develop, adjust, and document treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications when appropriate.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all visits.
- Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with scheduling, patient matching, billing, and administrative support teams.
- Use telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
Required
- Active APP license as a CNM, WHNP, or NP in Michigan.
- At least 3 years of menopause care experience.
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions.
- Comfort using telehealth, video, and electronic documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently during patient visits.

- Experience in a virtual care or telehealth setting.
- Experience participating in independent contractor or network-based practice models.
