Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on symptom assessment, treatment planning, and medication management. Care is delivered virtually and centers on midlife women’s health, with support for adjusting hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits for patients with perimenopause and menopause concerns.
- Assess symptoms and develop or adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for patient visits.
- Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate care through telehealth workflows, including patient matching and scheduling support.
Required
- Active APP license as a CNM, WHNP, or NP in Massachusetts.
- At least 3 years of menopause care experience.
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions.
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits.

- Experience working in virtual care or telehealth settings.
