Provide synchronous video visits for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on symptom assessment, treatment planning, and medication management. The role also includes documentation, compliance with privacy and quality standards, and coordination within a virtual care workflow. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible availability and support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits with patients experiencing perimenopause and menopause.
- Assess symptoms and develop or adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions when appropriate and permitted.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for virtual visits.
- Coordinate with support teams for patient matching, scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows.
- Participate in optional case consultations, provider forums, and clinical updates.
Required
- Active APP license as a CNM, WHNP, or NP in Indiana.
- At least 3 years of menopause care experience.
- Experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal prescriptions.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to work independently during patient visits.
Preferred
- Experience working in a virtual care or telehealth setting.
- Prior experience supporting midlife or menopause-focused care.
