The role supports adult primary care in a team-based model with NP and PA collaboration, specialist coordination, and flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient internal medicine visits, including remote video appointments from home.
- Provide ongoing adult primary care in collaboration with NPs, PAs, and physicians.
- Coordinate care with specialists across the organization.
- Manage virtual in-basket work and screened call coverage.
- Participate in quality improvement projects, committee work, and leadership activities.
- Use onboarding and mentorship resources to integrate into a collaborative practice model.
Required
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
- MD or DO degree.
- Eligible for physician practice in an outpatient internal medicine setting.
Preferred
- Interest in team-based care and collaboration with advanced practice clinicians.
- Interest in quality improvement, innovation, or leadership involvement.
