Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth visits for patients requiring military readiness support.
- Evaluate and manage common acute or ongoing clinical concerns within the virtual setting.
- Coordinate care with other members of the clinical team as needed.
- Document assessments, care plans, and follow-up recommendations in the medical record.
- Use telemedicine workflows to provide timely remote clinical support.
Required
- Active physician assistant or nurse practitioner credentials.
- Ability to provide care in a telehealth/remote setting.
