Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and triage in an urgent care setting
- Provide nursing support for acute, non-emergent conditions
- Coordinate care with providers and other clinical staff
- Use clinical judgment to identify patients needing escalation or referral
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Support evening or overnight workflow in a high-volume care environment
Required
- Active RN licensure
- Experience in urgent care, emergency, ambulatory, or similar acute care setting
- Ability to work night shifts
