Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the radiology referral workflow and support day-to-day referral operations.
- Review, route, and coordinate imaging requests across internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Support staff with referral processing, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor work queues and help maintain efficient turnaround for radiology referrals.
- Collaborate with clinical, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient access to imaging services.
Required
- Experience in referral coordination, radiology operations, or a related healthcare administrative role.
- Supervisory or team lead experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical office workflows and patient scheduling processes.
