Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient primary care visits for adult patients.
- Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management.
- Evaluate and treat common acute and routine primary care concerns.
- Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and ongoing treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate clinical records.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active or eligible Louisiana medical licensure.
