Provide virtual primary, urgent care, weight loss, and low-acuity behavioral health visits for patients through synchronous and asynchronous telemedicine. Care includes taking histories, conducting assessments, making treatment plans, and managing common acute and chronic conditions across a remote national network.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care by obtaining histories, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.
- Diagnose and manage common acute, chronic, and low-acuity behavioral health conditions.
- Deliver care via video, phone, asynchronous messaging, and connected devices.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other clinicians as needed while practicing independently.
- Incorporate patient preferences and evidence-based medicine into care plans.
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states.
- 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
- At least 1 year of telemedicine experience.
- Active DEA license.
Preferred
- Experience in medical weight loss, including GLP-1 compound prescribing.
- Spanish fluency.
- Prior experience using telehealth technology.
